用户连按 5 次 Shift 键后，微软 Windows 会执行 sethc 启用粘滞键。
通过一次按一个键，粘滞键允许使用 Shift、Ctrl、Alt 或 Win 键。
在 /Windows/System32 目录下做以下处理 (事后最好还原)：
copy sethc.exe sethc_bk.exe
copy /y cmd.exe sethc.exe
用户连按 5 次 Shift 键后，微软 Windows 将改为调用 CMD。
